From ELCERT: It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Kevin Poorman. Kevin rarely missed a chance to volunteer his time to help the community. We will miss his calming voice, kindness and his passion for ham radio. Our hearts go out to his family during this incredibly difficult time. Call sign KV4CT has gone silent.
