Technician License Class – Open to the Public

The Upper Pinellas Amateur Radio Club and East Lake Community Emergency Response Team are proud to offer free training to help you obtain the FCC Technician Class license. The Technician license is your gateway to the Amateur Radio hobby. There is no cost for the class itself, however you need to purchase the book used for the training: Pass Your Amateur Radio Technician Class Test by Craig “Buck” K4IA.
The class is FULL.
At the end of the training on Sunday, license testing will be offered. To take the test you MUST have an FCC Registration Number (FRN).
