Discussion Items
Discussed Board member responsibilities, workload alignment, and all club
government filings
Discussed the formation of an Estate Sale committee led by Alan Streitman.
Ryan reviewed Tower and Antenna work needed. We have an est of $2,750 for
the job and will seek Club members approval of up to $3,300 for the work needed
Keys for storage shed at Inn Storage are held by: Fred, Ryan, and Ron Ambrosio
Topics & presentations were discussed for future members meetings
Action Items
All board members completed and signed off on the Ethics statement which Ron
Appel will scan and file in the club Dropbox.
Motion was made by Alan and seconded by Ron Ambrosio for up to $400 of club
funds to be spent for Winter Field Day food expenses. Motion Passed
