Club President, Ryan Rager, AF4O called the meeting to order at 10:01 AM on September 6, 2025.

Board Members absent – none
30 members and no visitors present, 24 indicated ARRL membership
VE report – no candidates asked for testing this month
Treasurer’s Report: UPARC has maintained adequate available funds. Detailed report was displayed and explained in the meeting.
Motions
- Up to $2000.00 to reposition and/or repair the club repeater antenna. Motion made by Alan W4UB, seconded by Julie KQ4TVM, passed unanimously.
- To adopt the newly designed club logo for shirts, letterhead/website and club banner. Motion made by Fred W2SUB, seconded by Mike K4HN, passed unanimously.
President’s Award – awarded to Orin K4OLE for his outstanding work on creating the new club logos and for his efforts as Net Controller.
The main presentation topic was Station Grounding and Bonding made by Mr. Tim Duffy K3LR, President of DX Engineering (via Zoom).
50/50 drawing of $71.00 with $35.00 of the winnings donated back to the club. Net $71.00 to UPARC.
An auction of donated items from a local ham’s estate produced $87.00 in funds to the club.
Two VHF radios, one book, an audio switching unit, a computer hard drive and some meters all received bids.
