The full board with the exception of Member-at-large Ryan Rager AF4O were present.
Treasurer’s Report:
$10,016 balance (reduction of $517.57 from prior month)

Tim Duffy K3LR presentation started first and went through 10:40 AM. Business meeting to follow…
Motions
- Approve Winter Field Day expenses up to $400 motion made by Steve Foy N4FOY. Seconded by Chris Clement KA4UPC. Passed UNAMIOUSLY.
- Motion to approve up to $100 per month for storage facility expenses made by Steve Foy N4FOY. Seconded by Mike Branda K4HN. After discussion, passed UNAMIOUSLY.
UPARC POTA Event tentatively planned for April 20th, 2024 at Honeymoon Island State Park
