29 members and 1 visitor present, 20 indicated ARRL membership
VE report – 4 candidates and all passed their exams (2 Extra and 2 Technician)
Treasurer’s Report: UPARC has maintained adequate available funds. Detailed report was displayed and explained in the meeting.

50/50 drawing of $56.00 with the $0 of the winnings donated back to the club. Net $28.00 to UPARC.
