VEC report – 5 test candidates. 3 passed exams.
GOTA Committee (Alan Streitman W4UB) – Modified 1 HP server power supply for a club member for amateur radio use.
Fire Station EOC briefing complete awaiting date from Deputy Chief Breuer to present.
Field Day committee zoom kickoff meeting was held on May 3.
GMRS presentation – coming in June.
Nano VNA – coming in July.
Ryan KO4KGP passed his Extra Class exam in April.
Ryan Rager was recognized for his many contributions and was presented with the President’s award.
UPARC POTA was held on 29 April at Honeymoon Island State Park. Two HF stations were setup. 61 contacts were made, 25 data and 36 SSB.
Fred W2SUB discussed the ARRL end fed half wave antenna kit, which is a great buy.
Home Brew Show & Tell: Alan W4UB, Dee W4DCH, Gerry WR6N and Ray W8RD presented their projects.
