Treasurer – Jeff, K4JJD, 51 paid members, balance $2,453.27.
Committee Reports
Repeater / Technical – Alan, W4UB, Echolink is the next project. Fire station 65 still closed.
Club Nets – Glenn, N4ESU – Total Oct check-ins 44.
Social Events – Jack, N4KIN – SPARCFest cancelled, new Hamfest to be held at USA Coach, Ulmerton Road.
501c3 Incorporation – Ken WQ3V – Had our first meeting, waiting for IRS, then one more document to be filed with the State.
Youth / Community Service: Steve, N4FOY, No update.
Election – Alan, W4UB. Instructions and ballots were e-mailed. Jack Kinney, N4KIN running alone for President, Steve Foy, N4FOY and Alan Streitman, W4UB running for Vice President, Ken Skaggs, WQ3V, and Dee Hooker, W4DCH running for Secretary, Jeff DeGrasse, K4JJD, running for Treasurer, Jason Esterline, N4BOZ running for Member-at-large. 17 votes are required for a quorum, 23 received.
Final Votes: Jack Kinney- N4KIN, President, Alan Streitman W4UB, VP, Jeff DeGrasse K4JJD Treasurer, Dee Hooker W4DCH Secretary, Jason Esterline N4BOZ, Member-At-Large.
