UPARC Monthly Meeting Minutes For 4 November 2023
Fred Botero W2SUB called the business meeting to order at 11:20.
Treasurer’s report – income $71.77, expense $659.95, current balance $9,445.93.
67 members paid out of 76 total UPARC members.
VE report – Two passed Technician exams.
Monthly Breakfast with CARS – Nov. 25 @ Another Broken Egg.
Election – Dee Hooker W4DCH, Election Committee Lead and Alan Streitman W4UB, Secretary, tallied the results of 33 ballots.
All ballots cast were verified to be from members in good standing. Quorum was met, 76 members X 0.334 = 25.
Results:
President- Fred Botero W2SUB, unopposed,
Vice President- Alan Streitman W4UB, unopposed,
Secretary- Tom Schaefer NY4I, elected by a margin of 11 votes.
Treasurer- Ron Appel W4RFA, unopposed
Member at Large- Ryan Rager AF4O, unopposed.
Next club meeting will be held on Dec 2 at FS 65.
26 meeting attendees. The meeting adjourned at 12:10.
