Fred Botero W2SUB called meeting to order at 11:05 AM on November 2, 2024.
Note this was the UPARC Annual Meeting. It was held at the QTH of Tom Schaefer, NY4I. Notice was given to the membership as to the venue and time of the business meeting. This was a special venue since Pinellas County canceled the shelter reservation at the park due to storm damage.
All board members present except Ryan AF4O. 41 voting members including proxies. There was a quorum represented.
Treasurer’s Report:
$10,772.34 ( decrease of $513.12 from prior month)
