General Meeting – Officer Elections & Picnic

Our Annual Business Meeting & Election is November 5th, and we NEED you to join us!  This will be a great time, at a beautiful park with great food, camaraderie, a little bit of official business, and a FOX HUNT!

First, please let us if you’ll be attending, how many in your party, and what you will bring for the potluck!  You can do that by filling out the following quick survey. https://forms.gle/pEHfyqBKwWGyBUbB9

Next, IF you cannot make it, please return the Proxy via email or in person to any UPARC board member/officer as we need 1/3 of our membership present (or by proxy) to have a quorum and conduct business / election of officers at this meeting.

FOOD & DRINKS
UPARC will provide burgers / hot dogs.
We ask that you bring side dishes, desserts, drinks, and other items we need.
IF you sign up to bring something, and determine you cannot make it – please let us know immediately at board@nulluparc.org .

ELECTION
The following slate has been confirmed by the nominating committee for 2023. Nominations are closed, with the positions listed below. We do have two positions that require votes.

President – Fred Botero (W2SUB)
Vice President – Ron Appel (W4RFA) or Steve Foy (N4FOY)
Secretary – Alan Streitman (W4UB)
Treasurer – Jason Esterline (N4BOZ)
Member At Large – Mike Branda (K4HN) or Ryan Rager (KO4KGP)

FOX HUNT
If there is sufficient interest in doing a fox hunt, we’ll have one!  They are a lot of fun, please plan to participate even if you haven’t built a directional antenna (yagi). We’ll pair you up with someone! Bring a charged HT and a sense of adventure.  What is a Fox Hunt?
