UPARC Monthly Meeting Minutes for October 2025
Club President, Ryan Rager, AF4O called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM on October 4, 2025.
Board members present: Rager, Streitman, Botero, Appel, Esterline
Board Members absent – none
ARRL WCF Section Manager present – Jimmy Russ
32 members and 1 visitor present, 27 indicated ARRL membership
VE report – 2 candidates tested and passed Technician
Treasurer’s Report: UPARC has maintained adequate available funds. Detailed report was
displayed and explained in the meeting.

President’s Award – None awarded at this meeting
The main presentation topic was Satellite Operations, and the presenter was Ryan Rager AF4O
50/50 drawing of $66.00 with $33.00 of the winnings donated back to the club. Net $66.00 to
UPARC.
An auction of donated items from a local ham’s estate produced $306.00 in funds to the club.
Two speakers, a multimeter, 3 12V batteries, and various small ham radio items all received
bids.
