“This week I’m road tripping in Prince Edward Island and had the pleasure of two coastal POTA ops including one at a historic Marconi site (POTA Location) which received the first distress call from the Titanic. I also had the pleasure of meeting my host George Dewar VY2GF who personifies the camaraderie and fraternity of amateur radio. I met George fifteen years ago on twenty meters and finally got around to meeting him in person. I got to thinking how great ham radio has been to me over the past forty years…”
