Our UPARC annual meeting and picnic is on Saturday November 2, 2024 at John Chesnut Sr. Park Shelter #9. The park is located at 2200 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor, FL 34685.
We start at 10:00 AM with the annual business meeting to take place at 11:00 AM. At the business meeting, we will conduct an election for member-at-large as that is the only contested election. We will also vote on proposed bylaw changes.
WE NEED A QUORUM OF AT LEAST 30 VOTING MEMBERS.
If you cannot attend the business meeting, please request a proxy ballot from the club secretary at secretary@nulluparc.org.
If you are attending, we ask that you bring a dish to share. That can be a side-dish, dessert, etc. The club is providing hamburgers and hot dogs and drinks. Below is a list of items already claimed to bring. If you do sign-up to bring something but cannot, please let us know at board@nulluparc.org.
